The three-storey BREEAM Excellent-rated office complex, No 1 Tower Road South, will be the first speculative commercial office space to be built in Birkenhead for over a decade. It will have a scenic view of the Liverpool City Skyline, making it a lovely place to work. GMI appointed Bluegyp to carry out partitions and MF ceilings works accumulating to a £110,000 package. The project consisted of smaller office spaces as well as larger 3,000-4,000 sq. ft suites and has a complex design thanks to their architects, Glenn Howells who have been awarded multiple times for their outstanding works. We thoroughly enjoyed working on this project with GMI and will continue to have a great partnership with them.
