This project consisted of two phases, refurbishment of the existing building and a new build joined together by a large atrium area. The building consists of 120 offices, events spaces, external terrace, and the atrium which comprises of a reception, social area, and café. There is an ink bridge over the atrium linking the two building sections. Bluegyp worked closely with ULCCO design managers to enable us to complete the partitioning works to the atrium without causing damage to the glulam beams.
