A 180,000 SQ FT office building located on Oxford Street at St Peters Square in Manchester Centre with an impressive design. The building comprises of 14 Storeys situated on a very compact site which created a multitude of methodological and logistical challenges. Bluegyp have worked with Bowmer and Kirkland site team to overcome these challenges and enable the works to run smoothly.
