Following the demolition of a 50-year-old office block, a brand new 17 Storey hotel is to be built and will be home to the Clayton hotel. It will comprise of 329 bedrooms as well as a ground floor bar and restaurant area. The hotel is on track to be completed by the end of 2021 and despite the challenges of the pandemic bluegyp have ensured that they have kept to the programme to prevent significant delays.
