Plot One New Bailey

The new home of HMRC this office block has a striking appearance from the outside and a beautiful finish to the interior. 157,000 SQ FT of offices completed for Muse developments in the New Bailey Scheme which continues to grow. The building has received a BREEAM score of excellent designed by Make architects and can be seen from across Manchester with its seven-story red brick façade.

Bluegyp have worked closely with Bowmer and Kirkland on multiple schemes in the past years and we were excited to win the scheme at tender stage. The project consisted of large open office areas of partitioned walls and MF ceilings and a spectacular reception area with specialist SAS ceilings.
